Accuracy of content. Every question, answer, and rationale in this question bank has been carefully written and reviewed with the goal of being accurate and consistent with current NCLEX-RN test plan content. That said, nursing knowledge, medications, dosing, and clinical guidelines change over time, and despite our best efforts, this content may contain errors, omissions, or information that has since become outdated.

Your responsibility. It is your responsibility as the student to independently verify clinical information, consult current and authoritative sources (your nursing program's curriculum, current clinical practice guidelines, and official NCSBN materials), and apply your own clinical judgment. This platform is a supplement to — not a replacement for — formal nursing education, clinical training, and official exam preparation resources.

This one runs under real exam conditions. Please read this before starting.
The exam will stop suddenly, without warning. You will see a message confirming it has ended. Where it stops tells you nothing about whether you passed — stopping at 85 happens for both clear passes and clear fails, and reaching 150 simply means the result stayed close to the line. Your result and full performance report are released afterwards, not immediately.
Every answer is saved as you go, so you can resume where you left off. Because the clock runs continuously, an interruption costs you time. If you are genuinely disconnected mid-question and return within 24 hours, up to 30 minutes is credited back automatically, once every 30 days.
The timer starts the moment you press start.
